Return Process

Log into your Jasco account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic components in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
